Finally! Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters in Cupcake and Sugar Frosting

Afternoon guys! Gorgeous day today, well, from a distance. I haven't been out in it because I'd burn in it, but it's nice to look at from the window whilst blogging and watching F1 haha. Today I have some Revlon Lip Butters. These have recieved rave reviews from across the pond, and finally they've been stocked at Boots! The colours featured in this post are Cupcake and Sugar Frosting.

These are very creamy. They're basically a hybrid between a lipstick and a balm. They're designed to give semi-sheer colour whilst providing your lips with moisture. I did find these to be very moisturising; not drying at all. They need to be reapplied every 1-2 hours depending on the shade, which isn't great, but it's fairly consistant with sheerer lipsticks, and it's quite nice to not have to decide between a lipstick or a balm! There is neither a taste or a scent with these.









055 Cupcake is a light, slightly blue based pink with some shimmer which doesn't really translate onto the lips.

005 Sugar Frosting is a sheer light pink with pink/champagne shimmer. This one comes across as quite nude. It doesn't really add much apart from some shimmer but it is gorgeous!
